"I was a bit nervous about this reservation bc I couldn’t reach anyone at the property. The day of checkin, I was able to reach someone on the telephone and get a question answered. The checkin, parking and key card are all on apps. I found this to be very convenient and time saving. I was checked in and had my room assignment and key access before I even arrived. I liked it. The location is amazing! Right off state street where all the bars and restaurants are. Was all walkable. "
