"Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. Hotel appeared to operate on skeletal staff. Room was very spacious and clean however, there was a big gap between floor and door which allowed cold air and noise to travel into room. Amenities were very good especially decent sized kettle for tea. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good both...

"It is a great place to stay, and there is a shopping mall and Pak & Save across the street. Some of the facilities might need to have some maintenance, such as the draws, range hood, etc. otherwise, 'Property Conditions' should be 5 stars."
