"Hotel reception looked bare bones, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had booked a 'king' room, room was compact, with large comfortable bed pushed against the full length window. Be prepared to climb in and out of bed. Breakfast was provided, orange juice, coffee and fresh pastries. Hotel is quite close to Grand Central. Very pleased with our stay at this hotel. "

"The room was tiny but that was not a problem for me. I was in Manhattan to shop so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The free wifi was fast and they had free coffee and water on the 27th floor. The coffee was delicious too. Perfect location for someone going to New York to shop. It is very close to the Grand Central terminal and the 5th Avenue shopping district. Macy’s is just one stop away on the train or a quick taxi ride away. Loved it, would go back."
