"It does not satisfy the international requirements of a 5-star hotel. 1 Leaking faucet and shower. 2. Breakfast: sometimes less is better. E.g, the already prepared omlette was cold and not maintained warm. Pretty loud waitresses. 3. I wish the sauna was open till 10 pm instead of 8 pm. 4. No need for the cleaning lady to come and inspect the room in the evening around 7 pm every day. 5. The woman at the reception gave me the wrong info about the bus. They are offering calling a taxi...

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."
