"I arrived and couldn't even stay because the room was so dirty. There was hair, fur, and dirt on the bed. I left the room and had to book another one. I tried to request a refund, but I got nothing."

"Great hostel, perfect for exploring a very expensive city on a budget. Only four stars as a member of staff called Jeremy was rude to me for no reason. "

"住所のところに行ったが受付は無し、同行者に電話してもらい担当の人とやりとりしてもらい違う階の違うところで泊まることになった。 TV壊れていて、エアコン効き悪く扇風機のみ、無料Wi-Fiは繋がらず、文句を言ったら対応してくれたが、つながりが悪い時があった。とにかく受付がなく一人だったら泊まれなかったと思う。迎えになんか誰も来なかったし、最初に行くところがわからんかった。部屋もかなり汚く2度と泊まりたくないと思った。安いだけ。セキュリティに関しては盗難が無く良かった。"

"アップルホステルがあるフロアに入るにも鍵が設置され、セキュリティが向上しました。窓から眺めと匂いは絶望的ですがとにかく安くて、従業員の方はフレンドリー。潔癖症の方にはお勧めできませんが寝るだけなら最高です。"

"Wifi is barely usable, but from what you paid for, this is considered good deal. Good location, clean room+bed, shower heater, but the air conditioner is old and noisy. Nothing else to complain about. Definitely will recommend to friends if they are visiting Hong Kong."

"NOT the same as the picture, and no window in this smallest room, and it was uncomfortable to sit on the double bed which caused my back to be sore to read. The worst is not the same hostel booked and need to change to a different hostel from block E 16th floor to block C 14th floor. It was a long trip just to check in. An extra additional charge of HK$187.00 for cleaning for 7 days."

"I'll cover the most important things first. You def get what you pay for in Hong Kong. Given the price that I paid. The room and facility was sufficient. Again, I am rating this place according to what I paid. The room was extremely small which is what I would expect from a $20 USD room in Hong Kong, although it was very clean prior to me checking in, and the bathroom was very clean. "4박5일 일정이었는데 첫째 둘째날 샤워온수 나오고 셋째, 넷째온수안나옴. 에어컨은 켜나마나고, 객실에서 하수구냄새 심하게남.타올은 첫날 하나만주고 리필안됨 둘째날부터 객실청소 안함. 프론트는 거의 비어있고 이틀간 와이파이 불능. 화장실 휴지도 리필안됨. 최악, 완전비추! 한번에 선택 실수가 처음 홍콩여행 완전 망쳤습니다. 다른분들은 저같은 실수 하지마시길 당부드립니다."
