"2度目の宿泊でした(*^^*) 前回できなかった、卓球をしたり、近所の居酒屋さんに行ったり、楽しませてもらいました。飲食店は周りに少ないけど、居酒屋がポツポツあって、今回入った居酒屋さんはおばちゃんが可愛くて、食事も美味しかったし、値段もリーズナブルでした(*^^*)"

"The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow...

"We enjoyed our stay at Inasayama Kanko hotel very much. Staffs were very kind, onsen and breakfast were great. Especially the view from the room was amazing! Many thanks to Lounge ticket, made our stay special on our special time. We wish we could visit again! :)"

"I had an air B&B for 5 years and I know how a place needs to look and feel. I am also an extensive traveler, for work mostly and have been around for quite a while. It is the first time for me to change hotel and ask for a refund!!! Very rundown hotel, caters to Japanese only, no English almost at all. Photos dose not represent the hotel nor the rooms. "Hilton is Hilton. 5 star hotel is 5 star hotel. No Lie, No BS. They deserve the high ranking. Everything I receive is top rate while the price is very affordable. Room size is very large, and the dining table inside the room is amazing. Room is bright, clean, and very comfortable. When I first opened the door, me and my mom is WOW. The second thing to do is to take photo inside the room. Marriot is across hilton nagasaki but I still prefer hilton. My aunt lives in Marriot while myself is staying in Hilton. I did visit her room. The room is very luxury, and I like the idea of the bathroom design. You can move the door panel around the bathroom, hard to explain here. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from nagasaki station and 1 minute from the taxi stand. Super market is 7 minutes walking. I have stayed in more than 12 hotels in Japan and this is the best or second best. The hotel management team and staff spend effort to run this property. "
