"The property was beautiful!! Clean room and reasonable priced. Really friendly staff and a safe area. My only issue was finding out where to park while checking in as there is no temporary parking offered in front of the hotel. But that’s just downtown Vancouver. If you drive to the ally around back you can park there for a couple minutes while checking in I was wasn’t aware of this. We really enjoyed our stay!!"

"The property is nice and extremely clean and is generally in a good location for tourist activities. The main reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that this one block has vagrants outside the long term stay / rehab facility across the street and around the corner in front of Hotel Canada . Also, the depiction of the exterior and surrounding businesses does not show the true nature of what this block looks like "

"Amazing location and many comforts. Beds and bedding were wonderful. Bread, milk, coffee, butter and juice for the first few days was a lifesaver. Very responsive to leaking toilet, and problems with penthouse gas fireplace. "

"Lovely Downtown Vancouver location. Apartment had beautiful views of both English Bay and Coal Harbour Bay. Very secure access in and out of main entrance and to and from Apartment. All amenities were available within the apartment. Beds extremely comfortable and both bathrooms had shower and bath facilities. Would book again"
