"たくさん有るホテルの中でオーゼンリザーブボリフシにして本当に良かったです。 スタッフの皆さんにレストランでの対応にお部屋の清掃も完璧でした。 施設の古さは仕方ないですが朝と夕方にタオルの交換、シャンパン、ワインの補充、脱ぎ散らかした衣類まできちんとたたんでくれてのにはびっくりしました。 帰りの空港のチェックインまでスタッフが荷物を運んでくれていたれりつくせりでした。 到着から帰りまで最高のおもてなしでした。 バトラーのahooさん、日本語が上手で滞在中はすべて段取り良く運んでいただけて嬉しかったです🎵 こちらのホテルはお勧めします"

"Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. Handheld shower head quality was quite poor and water doesn't come out evenly. Before you use outdoor shower, suggest to turn on the water and run it for at least 1 full minute, because I nearly had brown colour water pouring over me, which was absolutely disgusting. "Everything was great! It is a very short ride from Malè International Airport, which we loved. The island is small and you have privacy. We really enjoyed that there is kind of semi-private beach in front of every house, and the reefs are very nice for snorkelling. The food was great, and the stuff was amazing. The resort is very small, which on the one hand is very quiet and relaxing, but on the other side in case it's raining continuously, you have limited options on how to spend your time. "
