"A wonderful hotel with almost everything you will need. It is a hotel, but equipped like an apartment. It has washing machine, stove and hood, all necessary stuffs even for cooking. "Booking was done for 2 adults and 1 child but when requested for an extra towel the management asked to pay RM10 for an extra charge. The room condition was fair. The same goes for the meal (buffet breakfast and dinner). Overall, nothing great. "

Excellent service

"Double Tree by Hilton never fails to fall below their excellent service standards. I am happy for their green efforts, for instance reusable water bottles in the room. "Very pleasant and welcoming staff on front desk. Excellent crowd management in the morning buffet breakfast session. Efficient staff team at breakfast area. Best option and food variety for breakfast I have ever had. Food was good and freshly served. "
