"The hotel and staff were very helpful. The area was quiet and convenient. There were guests in another part of the building that appeared to have a domestic argument and stomping around. The walls or floor may be a bit thing, we had no issues with this though - earplugs. I would definitely return. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast and coffee was nice, great staff!"

"Our stay at Quinte verde Sintra was amazing, highly recommend. Located not far from the main attractions. Had an amazing view of the castle of the moors and palace of Pena from our room. The place was maintained, clean can only describe the experience being serene and picturesque. Our fav place we stayed in. "

"Very cosy and spacious country manor turned into a hotel. Wonderful common areas to sit around and watch TV or read a book. The cook provided breakfast and the manager on site was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property’s history."

"Parfait endroit pour un séjour paisible à Sao Vicente. L'ambiance calme qui y règne nous donnait envie de chuchoter. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, surtout au lever du soleil où pouvait admirer le "montain glow". Le déjeuners inclut était composé d'ingrédients frais et variés, comme les fruits du jardins et le yogourt maison. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et on aurait voulu rester plus longtemps! "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
