"The service was great, everyone seemed enthusiastic to help from the vallet parking to housekeeping. It would have been nice to have free parking but no we had to pay that in addition to the room fee. That should be mentioned at the time of booking."

"The lobby was very nice and clean. The room itself did not look like it was thoroughly cleaned before we got there. I even found items that belonged to the previous people staying there. The lobby was supposed to have coffee in the morning but always ran out when we came down and wouldn't replace it for the guests. The tv was extremely basic which is surprising to see in 2024. Didn't realize how loud that street was at night and the room we got was extremely loud. The staff were all very nice."

"Fantastic location, surrounded by great coffee, food, and shopping. Went for a concert at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Uber was going to take longer than anticipated (because of traffic congestion) so we opted for a scenic 17-minute walk back to the hotel which was super convenient! Breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and well accommodated. Highly recommend! Also, purchased l valet parking at the last minute and it super convenient and safe because they park the car in a secure gated...
