"The location is awesome right off south street seaport beautiful views just a few short blocks away. Trains were about a 10 min walk, parking at night at 10pm free usually lots of spots, also a separate parking garage across street was great if needed. Laundry mat access was very useful and easy access, we stayed as a family of 6 in a 4 bedroom gourmet was awesome. Definitely recommend for large families and or couples. "

"Communication with the management was excellent. They were very helpful. Location was great for accessing lots of restaurants, attractions, etc. It is an older building, and the soundproofing was not great - we could hear all the noises from the rooms around us (maybe they were just particularly loud guests, but it was pretty noisy)."

"The room was well kept and the toiletries were complete. The shower space is a little too small though but there was a lot of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The dispenser pump of the shampoo was defective though. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to requests for assistance such as cleaning arrangements. The online check-in and check-out experience was seamless and convenient. Generally, our experience was quite good. "

"first time in NY was here for a concert and this stay was great! staff was friendly and helpful and the property is quiet. housekeeping also did a great job keeping up with the room. the area is walkable too. thank you!!!"

"Very clean, modern accommodations. Perfect for families; we have 2 teens and the 3 room apartment was perfect for us. Subway entrances were within a block in any direction from the hotel so you could be anywhere in manhattan within a few minutes. Plenty of dining options on the block along with a CVS and other convenience stores. Staff was freindly and helpful."

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. "Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. Definitely recommend downloading the Sonder app during your stay, very easy to use, has digital room key so you don't have to punch in the code each...

"Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. "

"We chose this property based on price. We are a family of 5 and it was much more cost efficient to stay here than a hotel that would accommodate us. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and there were no wash rags, but for the price we made it work! Outside we heard the city (especially Saturday night), but we knew this wasn't luxury when we purchased it...."

"We enjoyed our 5-night stay to see Broadway shows. Hotel is a few blocks from Grand Central Station, where there is a MTA shuttle train to Times Square. We also had the option to walk there. Room was comfortable, and we could not hear the occupants of adjacent rooms. Loved the complementary beverages from the bar; we carried them to our room a couple of nights. While the only breakfast option was a $45 buffet, there is a sandwich shop next door with fresh and hot foods and a decent latte. "

"The hotel is very modern and had great views of New York City. It was a bit away from the main attractions but that was a good thing as it was much quieter and peaceful. Access to the subway is close enough too. Our only concern was the tourist taxes weren’t easily explained and our final bill was eye watering with extra taxes added for going up on the roof terrace. Check possible costs first before going up there so you are prepared and not shocked like we were. "
