"The creekside was immaculate, lovely clean airy room. Nice bed linen and covers. Bathroom had lots of little extras like , shampoo, body cleansing soap, shower cap, body lotion etc.The staff were lovely. The area was nice with a very good restaurant Lido 73 next door on the waterfront. Quiet area and safe."

"Property location was good. The views were beautiful. Lots of lounge chairs and space for everyone. We went during the week and felt like we were in an exclusive place. Front desk staff were beyond excellent. Restaurant next door was fabulous. Fresh fish and great drinks. The bed in the Villa was super comfy. Plenty of towels and amenities. I give it a great recommendation . "

"The property is very nice, in fact gorgeous! The amenities were convenient. Had a number of meals at Calusa, and the food was exceptional, even if a bit pricey. The service there was very good! Of note is the hostess Melanie, also, waiter Lathish. can't remember names of others. (Marvin at the pool bar was fun.) Only had one meal taco tues at Dry Rocks. It was just "ok" The staff throughout the facility were pleasant, and mostly very friendly and helpful. Regarding negatives. The biggest one was at check in. We had planned to arrive around 4 pm, but due to weather, and flight rerouting we did not pull in until 1 am the next morning. Obviously, we were exhausted. The young lady at the front desk seemed very disinterested, and preoccupied even though at that time there were no other customers. We kept having to ask her to repeat, or clarify things as she often turned her head away from us while she spoke. We asked if there were any weddings planned for the week as we wanted an quiet area. She said there were not. Turned out there were 3! Fortunately the weddings did not bother us at all, and we liked the location of the room. She did not offer to get anyone to help us with are bags which would have been nice.The "bell hops" we met a couple days later said she could have gotten security to help or someone. Only other negative was housekeeping always forgot to leave something, and had to be called. Still all in a very nice place and stay! "
