"Cute little place right by the beach. Like the vibe there. Things I didn’t like: 1. The air vent in one of the bedrooms is right above where my head is when I sleep. 2. The ac unit is super loud when it’s running. 3. There is no ventilation in the kitchen. It’s a very old building. All they have for ventilation is windows and doors but they say not to open the windows when ac is on. Better shower after you cook."

"One block from the beach! Our room was on the first floor. It was a basic room. No shampoo, hair dryer, or little things other hotels offer. We walked across the street to IHOP for breakfast and coffee every morning. I gave 4 stars because the room, albeit nice, had an extremely dirty floor. We kept our shoes on for the week. I also wiped dust off the bedside table and tv stand table with lysol wipes. Bathroom floor was dirty, but the rest was very clean. When I reported the floor condition on...

"Spent couple days before our cruise. Location was great close & walkable to Cocoa Pier. Room was nice & clean. The Queen bed was more like a full size bed but comfortable not enough room for two people. Breakfast was mediocre, it will due if you don’t have time for anything else."
