"Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location. "

"We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "

"This family run hotel business is in rural part of Costa Rica. We were very delighted to stay at this hotel as we prefer quite surrounding and away from the busy town area. We have been treated very well above the call of host hostility expected. The young Lady Manager Milena was very helpful and we were delighted to see speak to her and she accommodated our needs very well with professionalism and enthusiasm to please us. "1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

"Hard, hard to find. No real services offered, basic here is your room. What was fun was in next room screaming kid through out the night. Then in the am and all day noisy atvs all needing mufflers. It was close to beach, but no view of."

"Our unit had a full kitchen, missing only a microwave, which we really never needed. One restaurant/bar on each side of the apart hotel! The stay had the feel of a VRBO in a local area, with amenities, including Wi-Fi and cable TV! We would return to this area and stay again!"

"Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. Al estar sin luz por casi 12 horas la comida que teníamos en el refrigedor se puso mala. Claramente no había...

"Vernita was incredible. We talked about different cultures, and had a very interesting conversation. She recommended a place to eat dinner, and it was good. I walked down the hill, a couple of times, to Quepos. It was a nice place, and everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I saw two red Macaws fly overhead. It was a sight to see. I would recommend the place to people that don’t want to stay in a hotel. It’s safe, and secure."

"The property was fabulous. We had a 3 bedroom cabin and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It was nicely furnished. We didnt cook, but all the necessities were there. The grounds were amazing! There were wonderful hiking trails and a lookout where you could see to the Pacific Ocean. There was a hydroponic garden where you could pick vegetables. My grandson loved the hammock on the deck. The whole experience was so peaceful. I highly recommend this property! "
