"I stay here very often. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My son lives just 200 meters up Las Monas and I always stay here when I am visiting with him. Wonderful chef for breakfast. The pool are and amenities are always tidy and clean. Thanks for the consistency over the years!"

"Poorly managed property to maximize their profit. It ruined part of our vacation. Here's why: 1. We found lizard droppings on worn-looking comforter and pillow. Unsure how long the room was unused, and no one refreshed it before given to us. 2. Towels felt like old rag, yellow. No hand towels. When asked for hand towels, I was told that they don't give hand towels but gave 2 to me. And changed the yellowish towels to less yellow towels, still old and used. 3. Shower had no hot water. "The Hotel is great I would recommend it to all my friends. But the wifi sucks. Very weak wifi and only intermittent in the rooms No wifi at the beach nor at the breakfast/lunch areas. I think serious attention needs to be paid to the wifi in that hotel as it is an easy solution with low cost and huge benefit to the clients. "
