"They had a few problems with their check in beyond their control that impacted checking into a room. Ended up in a random room as they had no way of telling what room we were meant to get on their shut down system. So pays to have a written back up. We didn’t receive any VIP upgrade. Had to call back cleaning as the bathroom had not been cleaned when we did check into our room. We liked the quiet location of our room. We liked the location of the Adina. Very convenient for Bondi and transport....

"The room was quite spacious with a kitchenette which allowed for cooking, heating and eating food as well as washing up afterwards. A kitchen sink was a real bonus especially one that the electric jug fits under! There was a good supply of towels in the bathroom. It was a shame that the shower door-frame leaked at floor level but with a good bath mat it wasn't a problem. "Having to pay $100 per day to park and learning later that guests pay only $50 per day. How is that managed? If your paying as much per night that I was, you shouldn't have to pay to park. Pool is not heated and the hot tub did not work (same cold temperature as the pool). You can not order dinner until after 5pm even if sitting at the bar."
