"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. They even showed us to our room and asked if it didn’t meet our expectations, we could look at another room. The room was a suite with a lovely sitting room and gorgeous view of the lake. "Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h, aucun restaurant n’était ouvert. Le maître d’hôtel nous a gentiment préparer un repas, charcuteries, fromages, un super vin et même un moelleux chocolat exceptionnel !! Bref un accueil au top avec un vrai service dans un cadre magnifique avec une personne d’une gentillesse merveilleuse."
