This turned out to be the most painful, time-consuming check-in process (took about 1.5 hours) we have ever experienced, and we have travelled extensively all over the US, as well as all over the world.
1. After booking this, we got many emails to continue the check-in process & to pay for parking.
2. In the lobby, we found a robot for checking in, resulting in getting a call from a person referring us back to the email we had received.
3. After reviewing & processing those, we paid $10 for parking.
4. We were then given a space on the other side of the building (about a two-minute walk).
5. That space was taken so & we did not get a reply so after 20 minutes called the agent who had not read our text. She then said we needed to send her a photo showing that car parked in our assigned space. Eventually got a slightly closer space.
6. We received two six-digit codes to get through the gate and into the room.
7. The room is on the minimalist side, but was comfortable. The bathroom mirror was impressive, having dim, color, & defog options.
8. Having lost faith in this property, we thought they were only being provided with one set of towels (a hand towel, wash cloth, floor mat). (The next morning, we found that bath & pool towels are in a cabinet under the sink.)
9. The breakfast is provided in two baskets in the lobby, including a packaged waffle & RX Bar.
For the travel-weary looking to quickly relax and unwind, this is not for you.
