My room 760, was lovely, the bed super comfortable BUT the carpet fixtures (screws/nails/whatever it was) can be felt at least at 3 places - at the end of the bed, near the chair by the window and by the side of the bed. it felt sharp and painful when stepped on. i informed the hotel manager who didn't offer to inspect and seemed uninterested about my concerns."
