"Convenient and clean"

"It was a convenient location for West Asheville. Shower was unique with a half glass wall and no shower door. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Wonder if parking will be a problem after more stores open in the shopping plaza."

"This hotel is in a great location and you can walk downtown if you'd like. The views are wonderful. We could see the mountains and the Grove Park Inn from our 11th floor window. You can they remodeled an older property because of some holdovers like an older toilet, slanting floors, etc. One elevator was down, leading to waits. But overall, a really good stay for the price. Note, you will pay for parking at this property. $30 to valet, $25 to self park. Take the breakfast if it is offered to you...

"Overall, it was great! I would recommend and we will stay again for sure Pros: Location is good quiet area with restaurants and shopping nearby. Biltmore entrance 2 minutes away. Unit clean, beds and bedding comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms updated, furniture/decor a little outdated but that didn’t really bother us. 3 brand new smart tvs, one in each room which is very nice to have.
