"The hotel is very nice. The lobby is gorgeous - too bad the lobby bar was not open, but the restaurant/bar was. The pool was lovely and there is a very small game room that is very warm outside of the pool. 99% of the staff we interacted with was super friendly. "The front desk staff was amazing. She was extremely friendly and helpful during my whole staff. And i feel like she went above and beyond to accommodate to me. And that is why i did not bother her with this next part. My room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom waa the cleanest part of my room and my sheets were cleaned.
