"This is a solo traveler's dream. Private entrance to a fenced yard. Cute studio with a big recliner where you can toast your feet in front of the electric fireplace. Bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer so you can clean your clothes while dressed for bed. Appliances include Keurig, toaster and even an air fryer."

"Had to find another place to stay at 11pm because we arrived on a late flight (5 hours after check in time) and the apt. was still in the middle of being cleaned (beds unmade, laundry in the washer and on the floor, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, all the cabinets open, ect). There was no one there. It was like they just walked out in the middle. No response from the owner for almost 24 hours. We were given a refund. Not the best start to our vacation."

"Wonderful suite and Fairbanks was great. Steps to second floor could be an issue for older guests and should be mentioned in description. "

This property and experience exceeded my expectations. Whenever I have family or friends coming to town, I hope this particular property is available. "
