"Excellent location in central Patong. Wonderful views of city and mountains one side. Ocean view other side. Everything provided with great TV and internet. Maintenance of condo leaking air conditioning and old cabinets in bathroom is required. "

"Great room, good kitchen with very workable utensils. King size bed, all pretty clean. Good security and a lovely big pool at ground level and good size pool on the roof. "

"No help provided by any staff, no room cleaning, i had to pay for electricity, water and cleaning when i leaft. Bath tub was full of leaves and hair. Remote control for tv didnt work and had to call the owner several times and text message the owner but didnt get any help. There was a hole in my front door filled up with tissues and garbage and stray cats everywhere infront of the building. Dont stay here, save your money."

"the lamp was broken when i went in, in the living room and i found some hairs on a sofa.. there is no toilet papers so you'd have to go buy except the ones that are there for 1 use..other than that the area is good, everything is close by but i wouldnt recommend this place if you are staying more than 4 days. i think 3 days might be the best because the place gets dirty and you have to pay for the room cleaning service, which is expensive."

"Off main road, useful to have motorbike, clean and quiet. "

"Utrolig koselig de som jobbet på mini marten i resepsjonen. Hadde litt problemer med toalett som lakk vann utover gulvet. Madrassen var hard som betong men fikk en overmadrass som hjalp lite. Aireconisjon bråket og spyttet is utover gulvet i stuen men de kom og fikset den. Det bli liksom ikke noe god start på ferien når de første 6-7 dager gikk bort til å fikse problemer. Vi valgte og bytte hotel så vi fikk noen dager med mykere madrass føre hjemreise. Tenker jo at det ikke har vært så...

"Great to have an apartment which was close to everything and big enough for 3 people with 2 bedrooms. There were a couple of minor issues but management fixed these quickly. Great to have a washing machine too."

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "
