"For a 3-star hotel it is excellent. In front of La Gran Via and the Santo Domingo bus and metro stops, it makes moving through Madrid a breeze. Carefour grocery is nearby, so are restaurants and ice cream shops. Near Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and other landmarks in the area."

"Overall good. However in apartment in the kitchen you can find only cutlery for 2 people. No kettle, tea or coffee. No hairdryer. Air-conditioning had silly noise. We stay only for one night so was ok for us. But didn't want to stay for longer time. Reception very friendly and very good communication. Many spaces to park the car. (Free of charge on the street)"

"The apartment is well equipped and clean. Very spacious and good for a family or group. There is only one elevator. The area is in the middle of downtown and close to all the action. Seemed safe. Staff is friendly. At the reception Kamil took good care of us. Kept the luggage, understood our needs and guided us around the area. I did not know about the parking with this company and ended up parking at another place which was around 45 dollars a day. "

"We like the flexibility of an apartment rather than a hotel, but were pleased to find the same level of facilities as a good hotel. Great to have full sized toiletries, a well equipped kitchen, working WiFi and good air conditioning. This apartment was close to everything we needed,, transport links, restaurants and shops. We did ask for a late check out which was dealt with very efficiently. We will use Sonder again if they are in the right location."

"My husband and I just spent 8 days at the Bob W with our 3 children, ages 12, 11, and 9. We loved the apartment; the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and we had access to a washing machine in the common area and a clothing drying rack in our apartment. The French press and extra coffee were amazing to have every morning. There are many bakeries and restaurants nearby plus local, small markets. We walked miles each day to get to the attractions or tours we were taking and the kids...

"The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."

"Staying in the heart of Sol plaza can be overwhelming. B&B was safe a retreat, quiet, large bathrooms , spacious main bedroom area. . Excellent security in hotel. Easy check in and out. Loved the morning treats and water at our door. The location is central to many areas walkable or by metro. Once you’re out of Sol it’s a more relaxed feeling. We will definitely stay again! Love the brand . "

"The Location was perfect. Shopping, restaurants, churches, transportation all with in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. They provide toiletries of good quality. They have restaurants within the hotel with an amazing view. They can store your luggage upon arrival until check in. Would definitely stay there again."

Worth coming back to.

"We enjoyed the overall experience and had a great view from the room. The only minor draw back was that our room was located below the Club 360, and we heard some excessive noise (furniture dragging?) presumably when staff were opening or closing up. No cover for the club was nice but a VIP area would have been better, given the room cost. Staff was over-all very helpful, and it was nice to store our luggage before check-in, leaving us free to bounce around the city a little with the location perfect for easy sightseeing. Honorable mention to the breakfast buffet, we loved it! "
