"The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "

"Hôtel qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles, ce qui est dommage vu la réputation de l’hébergement. Rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre : c’était vraiment très propre. Pour autant niveau service et restauration : une catastrophe. Le manque de personnel se fait largement ressentir surtout au restaurant. Plus d’une heure d’attente pour ne même pas être servis en même temps. Une attente tellement longue que nous avons abandonné l’idée de prendre un dessert. De plus, un « petit déjeuner »...
