The hotel was basic in facilities but it was clean and the owners friendly. It is close to the beach so a swim before breakfast is a must. 10 minute walk to the historical part of Paraty where there are many good restaurants and tasteful shops.

A estadia foi tranquila, funcionários bem educados, pousada bem limpinha e silenciosa. O café da manhã, como muitos falaram é bem simples, porém satisfatório. Tem opções de frutas, sucos, café, leite, iorgute…o que é necessário para um bom café da manhã. Curtimos bastante. O quarto bem limpinho, roupas de cama adequadas, ar funcionado, tb é Wi-Fi. Só destacaria a pintura, mas sabemos que não dá pra pintar a pousada o tempo todo e que hóspedes tbm acabam rabiscando. Andamos a pé durante toda a estadia, acesso rápido ao centro histórico e embarcações. Cidade linda e turísticas. Achei segura e receptiva com turistas.

Descaso /Quarto sem condição de habitabilidade

Reservei um quarto standart de acordo com as fotos disponíveis no site e instagram. Porém, no check-in foi disponibilizado o único quarto vago, que seria o quarto 7, que para nossa surpresa era um sótão transformado em dormitório, cujo pé direito era extremamente baixo chegando a 0,80cm de altura no ponto mais baixo. Acima do vaso do banheiro tinha cerca de 1,40m. NÃO CABE UMA PESSOA EM PÉ. Eu e meu marido batemos a cabeça diversas vezes e tinhamos que andar abaixados para conseguir transitar. Logo no início pedimos que fosse alterado o quarto e foi informado que não havia quarto disponível. Entramos em contato com o suporte da hoteis.com para nos dar uma solução e foi solicitado que esperassemos até o próximo dia. Acabamos sendo obrigados a dormir no mesmo quarto após as tentativas frustradas de resolução do problema. No dia seguinte, nos trocaram de quarto, porém, pedimos que fossemos respondidos sobre a noite anterior, pois queremos ressarcimento, e ninguem assumiu a responsabilidade até o momento. Pediram que enviasse mensagem para o dono da pousada que se omitiu e sequer fez algum pedido de desculpa e todos os funcionários se eximem de responsabilidade. Um absurdo pagar por uma diária de um quarto standart em um quarto que não possui habitabilidade e não segue os padrões construtivos para um quarto de pousada e com certeza não tem alvará de funcionamento. Um descaso com o hóspede que não tem retorno dos reponsárveis e se omitem com as responsabilidades.

Pousada precisa de alguns ajuste como melhorias nos banheiros, pois o chuveiro é muito ruim, tampa do vaso solta. Eles nao oferecem para compra bebidas como agua, refrigerantes, tive que sair para comprar. Cafe da manha muito tarde e com poucas opções.
