The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"The locality of the hotel on the island of Murano is brilliant! The island of Murano is tranquil and reflects well within the hotel. Staff were brilliant overall, apart from the odd couple. The hotel could do with more dinner menu options as it was limited to the same menu for our 3 night stay. Room service was not working. Bad sewage smell on 1st floor towards our room number 145. Landscaping and building work was going on right outside our opening door to courtyard view of roof of restaurant....
