"This place was absolutely immaculate and it truly sparkles. It is if not the cleanest, then it's as clean as any hotel or similar we have ever stayed in, anywhere around the world. Some nice clear instructions would help. Went to use the kettle and it was brown and dirty inside. I run my finger down inside and it came out brown.
