"Been returning to stay here year after year, but I feel it’s time for a major maintenance & refurbish work. Master-bedroom toilet has a foul smell from the sewerage. And the pillows on the living room sofa also has a weird smell on it. The furnitures all starts to feel worn out. Would be great if the TV is upgraded into smart TV too. I will still consider to return & hope to see improvement on my next visit. "

"Overall satisfied with Hyatt Regency Kuantan, staffs are all super friendly, the check in time is start at 4pm is a bit unusual. Overall give a 8/10. Recommended. "

"Kali ke-2 sy menginap di sini kerana keadaan yg tenang dan jauh dari kesibukan kota. Pantai yg sangat bersih dan terjaga. Sesuai utk merawat emosi hati yg bercelaru. Kolam utk kanak2 juga bersih dan tidak berbahaya. Ramai yg menginap kerana ada program hari keluarga. Makanan juga sedap dan harga berpatutan. "

"The hotel was very clean and cosy but unfortunately its quite noisy at night when you can heard the noise from the cars outside of the road. "
