"Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix. Bathroom is clean, spacious, has toilettries & toothbrush kit. Bed is queen size so a bit on the small side but we make do. Staff are overall pleasant and helpful. Will come again in future. "

"Overall satisfied with Hyatt Regency Kuantan, staffs are all super friendly, the check in time is start at 4pm is a bit unusual. Overall give a 8/10. Recommended. "

"Tidak memuaskan. Kali ke 4 disini tetapi kali ini sangat tidak memuaskan. 2 star untuk kebersihan saya bagi. Tidak memuaskan disebabkan oleh : 1. Saya request untuk level high supaya boleh enjoy the view tetapi yang dapat parking level high, bilik level bawah, nampaklah view apartment dekat belakang hotel tu. Parking dari bawah sampai atas nmpak bnyk kosong tapi paling atas sekali pihak hotel bagi. 2. Apartment tapi tiada keetle disediakan. 3. Acces kad kurang sensitif masalah selalu di dalam lif kurang detect. 4. Yang best bilik dilevel pihak hotel bagi sibuk dengan bunyi kerusi dan meja dialihkan waktu malam (fahamkan je lah).Susah mahu tidur. Mujur tiada penjelmaan berlaku. Semua pengalaman no 1 sampai 4 saya alami ye..bukan rekaan.."
