"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. Additionally, there is a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants nearby the property."

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with stunning views of Mount Fuji, and you won't want to miss dining here. I will certainly stay here during my next visit. "
