Clerk who checked us in came across as a racist in the way she dismissed and treated my Canadian wife of Chinese descent. Room service was also poor, supplies were not properly restocked and cleaning was not thoroughly completed. We have stayed in numerous Holiday Inns around the world and in numerous hotels in Japan and always received friendly, excellent service. We would never stay in this Holiday Inn again

Best hotel I had so far in japan. Let’s start with transfer from Shin-Osaka to the hotel. There is a little shuttle driving every 20 minutes from Shin-Osaka to the hotel and back - for free. You can use the shuttle also while you are staying there. Only limitation: Only 9 People can jump in the shuttle. The check-in was very warm and friendly. The room was fantastic: - Working air-condition - Very clean and bright room - You have a separate room / floor for shower and toilet. - There is also a washing and drying machine on the room - so we could wash our clothes in a private machine. - You can cook inside the room in the little kitchen-space - You have also a microwave and a refrigerator and freezer The housekeeping did also an excellent service. Breakfast was "interesting": As a German we love bread and sausage for breakfast - that was not so much available. Therefore you got a lot of warm dishes (best takoyaki in osaka, potatoes, warm sausages, salads, rice, miso-soup, and so on. You find definitely something to eat. The menu is switching every day a little bit. I will definitely book again on the hotel.

Super clean and beautiful rooms! Would recommend for anyone who would like a quieter area. The location isnt the most convenient however there is a shuttle bus that they offer complimentary which was perfect for us!
