"Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!"

"Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. "Eine wundervolle Hotelerfahrung. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Karlsbader Altstadt. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment bis zum abreisen wie in einem Märchen. Wer hat schon jemals in einem Schloss übernachtet. Es ist sehr romantisch und schön eingerichtet und dabei nicht übertrieben. "Très bon hôtel avec bon emplacement Mais l’accueil est catastrophique . La réceptionniste ne parle ni anglais ni allemand ni français et du coup il a été impossible d’arriver en voiture à l’hôtel car elle ne nous a pas ouvert le passage pour l’atteindre. Obligés avec les bagages de parcourir 1 km dans des ruelles en descente dans la nuit depuis un parking. Je pense que c’est indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie "
