"I chose this hotel mainly because I wanted to hear live music in the evenings and be able to walk out the back door to the beach. It was, in fact, great for this. The music (Hawaiian) was great and the food in the on-site restaurants was excellent. I ate there for most of my meals. The hotel was also very conveniently located to stores that I wanted to visit as well as to the drugstore. I also saw the Cirque du Soleil show, Auana (which was great), at the Outrigger Beachcomber, which was an easy walk. "
