"Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay."

"A wonderful hotel with almost everything you will need. It is a hotel, but equipped like an apartment. It has washing machine, stove and hood, all necessary stuffs even for cooking. Wonderful environment that is at the bay - perfect for morning jog & evening hangout (with a musical fountain next to the hotel). Price is cheap too! "travelled for business and stay here for 3 days. i have stayed in many apartment in medini for work. and this apartment by far the best. the facility for cooking was good. and internet super great (much needed when you are business traveller). you can walk to medini mall (very close) to buy food. also walking distance to legoland and gleneagles hospital.they also entertain my complain very fast. satisfy with the service. downside is, the apartment itself is unfinish. so you will face the...

"Stay was 5-star grade. Unit was provided with utmost cleanliness with clear instructions and ample of labels for guests to locate where to get things. There is even a manual booklet to share more info about food and entertainment, etc. Overall, the place made us feel so much like at home. We will love to return to stay at the same apartment for our future visits. "

"Very pleasant and welcoming staff on front desk. Excellent crowd management in the morning buffet breakfast session. Efficient staff team at breakfast area. Best option and food variety for breakfast I have ever had. Food was good and freshly served. "

"Thanks for allowing early check in. The king bed is very big and comfortable for 3 adults. There is a sofa bed provided and I requested additional 2 pillows and blanket. Areas for improvement:- 1) increase variety choices of breakfast 2) increase the places or seats for breakfast as need to queue up very long due to no more seats for breakfast 3) No mineral water provided as hotel will provide 2 tumblers for filling up the water nearby the lift. The tumblers seem recycle used despite there are sealed. Overall, I felt satisfied the services provided and happy staying."
