"I am very disappointed in the fact that we had reservations for the room at $158 and my card was charged $311. Staff was not helpful at all and everytime I have called about it, staff is rude and won't let me speak to manager at all. We chose this hotel due to it being close to my doctor and to get charged more than double what I had reserved is very unprofessional."
