"J'ai été déçu par la gestion, car j'avais réservé pour moi et 2 autres collègues de bureau avec option de pouvoir payer sur place afin chacun d'entre nous puisse payer sa chambre individuellement, ceci comme nous avons l'habitude de faire habituellement. Nous avions bien averti la veille pour qu'il n'y ait pas de problème.
