"Fantastic hotel, very modern and clean. Location was perfect for us visiting Keukenhof and the surrounding areas. There is an added bonus of tulip fields a 2 minute walk from the hotel! (See photos) We had an evening meal here our first night which was very nice. There’s plenty of parking available. All staff were friendly. Would stay here again"

"Great staff especially check in. Gave us a nicer room when I mentioned that Expedia did not mention construction view rooms. Easy parking, great location, comfortable rooms and nice spa. Everyone was super helpful. Lots of very good places to eat close by. Recommend Copper for dinner (across from hotel), and Tulum for breakfast (20 minute walk on the beach but worth the effort). Nice shopping street around the corner. "

"The location was PERFECT especially with the waterfront view. We loved our breakfast daily. We do wish that we had parking information prior to check in as it was quite hard to get in the street right next to the hotel to find out where we were supposed to park our car. "

"This hotel is not very modern, not even having USB sockets for charging. The room quite basic, my bed was releasing strange sounds with my every move. Awful smell in the toilet did not disappear all night. Kettle was not working. It’s not the hotel quality it used to be 5-10 years ago. "

"The hotel was very central- it was excellent for walking into Leiden. There was no communal lounge facilities which was disappointing. The swimming pool had very limited opening hours from 8-9.30am. It was geared towards paying for the Wellness suite. This was a shame as it would have been enjoyable using it more often. "

"Convenient hotel to catch the train, and close to the airport, not much else going for this hotel. A bit annoying that they charge for parking when its the middle of nowhere, nothing but fields for hundreds of meters in all directions, and more than half the cars are in a dirt lot. "

"We stayed only for a night. The shuttle was very convenient but congested and didn’t have a lot of space for the luggage, it also took more than the planned time to arrive but we were welcomed by a friendly staff. The building is a bit old and we wished the doors in the corridors were automatic cause we brought a lot of stuff. Upon our departure we forgot something at the hotel and they were very kind to send it on the shuttle. BIG THANKS"

"The hotel is conveniently located and is a short walk (~10-15 min.) to the terminals. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff members were friendly. One of the main reasons why we chose this hotel was the availability of "connecting rooms".
