"I enjoy my stay at the Coconut Inn they work very hard in keeping everything clean and appealing, my room was a very nice size it was clean and everything works, I had no problem with anything, everyone was so nice and helpful ."

"I would suggest better cleaning . The floors were very dirty, I wore socks and they were black on the bottom. The chairs at the kitchen counter needed wiped down as well. Many marks on the walls makes it look dingy."

"I like that this hotel included breakfast, and there was a restaurant nearby that you can go to for dinner. However, the suites are a little bit out of date, such as the light switches or makes a noise before it turns on and the TV in my room did not operate clearly. The images were distorted. It’s a good location, and the hotel is functional, but some things need to be modernized for it to be of more convenience. For the cost, I think the amount suits it, but I wouldn’t stay at this location...

"The team at Boco Bay was extraordinary. This is the 4th time that I've stayed on the property to vacation, and I am planning to return. "Great staff especially Joel, very accommodating… better to look for the staff than text them… You just have to walk, not far, to get to the main area in hot weather, keep that in mind. If you want to cut time in half you have to cross a field better to follow the paths. Safe everywhere no matter the time of day, careful crossing, no street lights… pleasant property, quiet, nice pool and lodging areas. Beautiful island, recommend going and staying here especially adults. "

"This property is just easy! It has the most beach frontage, places to sit and relax and a laid back vibe. Now, it's 55 years old, so rooms are a bit tired. This is extremely family friendly and is a bustling place. I would not call it quiet. Lots of music, lots of kids, but always an awesome laid back crowd. Staff are amazing. "

"TRYP was really convenient. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The guy at the pool bar was very respectful and made really good drinks. It's a 3 minute walk to Palm Beach. Hidden nightclub is right behind the property so at night time expect to hear loud music til about 1 am. The food was good, the prices were reasonable. Hotel was clean and my room was extremely cute! I loved my stay and will stay again. 10/10"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely resort. My only complaint would be the staff at Poisons on the Beach restaurant. The food was very good, but the service was inconsistent - we either sat ignored for 10 minutes or had water and menus as soon as we sat down. Regardless of how busy it was. The servers were very nice, just seemed rather disorganized and at times disinterested. The bar staff was worse. We were often served after people who arrived after us were served, the bartenders rarely made eye contact, and appeared totally disinterested in making any attempt to make customers feel welcome. I understand the slower pace in the islands, but there is a difference between slow but pleasant service, and downright rudeness."

"Food was excellent at all locations and staff are friendly at every location we encountered. I would highly recommend this location for its location to all the night life and restaurants. Would recommend the all inclusive package as it is not cheap to eat anywhere and we seemed to make out better with than option. Only complaint was the loud music with heavy bass next door to the holiday inn I’m sure they get a lot of complaints. Overall highly recommend. "

"Pros: This was a great hotel. The room was spacious with the kitchenette area/table being a great plus. Staff was always friendly and helpful and breakfast had many options. My favorite was having the cook make what I wanted. Cons: I knew about the extra "resort" charge but I didn't appreciate the additional $100 per day they hold on your credit card for "incidentals". "

Excellent resort on an even better island!

"This was our first trip to Aruba and we will certainly return. We likely would come back to the Marriott too. It had a great beach, nice location, several good restaurants and a couple pools. Upon entry we were greeted with a welcome drink and then a visit by the head of housekeeping - never experienced that before. It was a nice touch. The pools felt cool on initial entry but then were quite nice in temperature within seconds."
