We booked this hotel for a one night stay in April. When we arrived we were not really greeted and just given a room. The check in staff were not in anyway friendly and did not share even basic information. We went to our room. There was someone coming out of our room, who said oh is that your room and turned around and opened it again. We went in. The pillows had all been moved and it was obvious somebody had been lying on the bed. The towel in the bathroom had also been moved. It was obvious this staff member had been taking a break in the room. We went to the reception. They said (without checking) oh thats the manager checking room. We got another room which appeared to be smaller than the first one.
The heat in the room didnt work. It would not adjust. There was no digital thermostat just the dial on the machine itself. It wouldnt turn on or off or adjust. It just kept pumping out heat. The room was in the mid to high eighties and uncomfortably so much we just had to lie on top of the covers. My wife left the room sweating the next day saying she couldnt stay in the room.
I took photos of the state the room was in the first room. I also took photos of heater settings. In the bathroom there were several fixtures which were not connected to the wall. This is a very poorly maintained hotel. This could only be 2 star hotel.
They charge for minding bags per items something all other hotels i have stayed at do complimentary. $3 an item. Hotel was 287 for one night.
