"I have to say, the property looks nice. The staff smiles at the entrance. We checked-in to a Premium Cottage room and realised it was unbearably hot, even with the air conditioning operating at peak. It had high ceilings because of a beautiful design but totally inconvenient and uncomfortable. We would not have survived in the room for the 2 nights we needed to stay at this property and instead of making a fuss about something that cannot be rectified.
