"Excelente en todos aspectos. Buenísimo el restaurante y el desayuno muy completo, variado y te hacen los huevos al gusto en la cocina. Merece especial felicitación el que se ofrecieran para alojar allí a familias desplazadas del norte de Israel a causa de la guerra. La hostess Veiga, muy atenta y servicial. "I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Offered me coffe as I waited, gived me a room before they even got confirmation from hotels.com that it was okey to switch. Upgraded the room with balcony, water etc just to be nice.
