"I just checked out and I’d be back for sure. Everybody at front desk was great, especially Tyler and Jackie. Unbeatable location, in a very cool hip area full of bars and restaurants. Sleep quality was amazing too. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the swimming pool as I was on a business trip but there is a bar with food and drinks that can make your stay very pleasant specially during summertime."

"The service was great. The pool was nice with nice clean bathrooms but the pool area was dirty. Spilled drinks that hadn’t been cleaned up on the pool deck as well as some of the nice canvas covered loungers. Sone of the pool umbrellas were in disrepair. Seating in room was sparse. Our room was clean & pretty just not appointed for functionality. The bed & pillows were very comfortable."

"The room was very clean upon arrival, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The water was lukewarm for most of the visit, though it was fixed by our last day there. Lots of restaurants and nightlife within easy walking distance. There wasn't a lot of road noise at night either. I didn't see any visible signs of mold or mildew in the room or hallways, though the smell in both had me wondering if the hotel was in the process of treating for one of those things. "

"We made a trip to Austin from San Antonio for a concert for our daughter and her friend to attend. Well, the location was great we were able to go to some great restaurants just within walking distance of the hotel. "The property is one of the oldest in Austin and it is superbly maintained. The Roaring Fork restaurant is amazing. The front staff and check-in are first class.
