"Sono spiacente di dover lasciare questa recensione, ma purtroppo è necessario farlo poiché abbiamo lasciato la struttura con un umore davvero rovinato. Questo non dovrebbe accadere quando si sceglie un hotel a 5 stelle. Il problema non riguarda il fatto che quest'anno ci siano stati problemi strutturali, ma soprattutto il comportamento del personale che sembra non cercare in alcun modo di accontentare il cliente ed è incredibilmente ostinato a non riconoscere errori e a difendere il proprio...
