"The hostel is in a great location and is modern. The hostel is in the center of Madrid so there is outside noise but this is to be expected however there is also quite a bit of noise from inside including when the room nextdoor uses water which was surprisingly loud. We didn't receive the check in emails but the staff were very friendly and fast to solve these issues for us. And on one occasion our code for the door didn't work but again the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue...

"Good value for the money. Clean and modern rooms, the only problems are: once you out the chair st the desk, it is tightly pinned against the bed, making it hard to move, even to get up and out.
