"The person at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The television came with two remotes - an explanatory card would have been helpful. The only suggestion I have is that housekeeping check the alarm between guests - I was blasted out of bed at 6:00 AM. (Also, WiFi was not available at that time.) I would definitely stay here again."

"Pool was down, no hot tub. However, that did not get us down. Sometimes things break down and they have a sign about renovations. I rated a 4 for property around as the connecting road is in rough shape by no fault of the hotel though. The best thing of our stay, was the top notch hospitality. "Stayed for a family event. The front desk agent was friendly and answered my questions. She tried to charge me again for my stay, but I showed her I had already paid. It was a simple mistake. There’s a note by the front desk that says if you are going to pay by debit card, you will be charged double rate, and then in 3-10 business days you will get the difference. So be aware of that. The breakfast is amazing, and started the day off well."
