It was always a little old and outdated but this time it was dirty! Pool was green and disgusting @ they let people swim it & then closed it the next day. Staff was rude. Room key had to be red programmed every day. I couldn’t get clean towels.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life. Dirty rooms, limited breakfast and you have to pay extra for eggs and bacon. You inly get cream cheese and toast. We went to our room at some point, it was open and tv was on. Someone was is our room. Don’t waste your time and money going there. It was disappointing and gross.

Don’t go off their pictures on the internet. It’s a catfish! Place needs renovated asap. It smells like a musky, moldy, dirty scent and it’s hot. I’m almost positive there is no air conditioning in the lobby. The elevators are shifty and gave me anxiety that I was going to get trapped. There is never beach towels and when you ask for some, they don’t give you a straight answer. For a 3 star hotel and the price is NOT worth it. Parking is a nightmare as people will park you in. The complimentary breakfast is disgusting with things floating around in the water pitcher. There’s never ice when you need it, and the rooms don’t look clean. Oh- the pool is green. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The property was on good location with free parking which was a plus for us. Also the rooms were clean the pool was spacious and the reception staff were really courteous. Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. They changed our room quickly when we informed them that the refrigerator did not work.

La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba, fuimos 3 veces a recepción para notificarlo. A la tercera vez dijeron que enviarían a alguien, la persona llegó luego de un rato, pero tampoco logró abrir la puerta. Dijo que buscaría a otra persona para ver si podían resolver. Después que se fue seguimos intentando hasta que abrió. En ningún momento se disculparon por la situación o se ofrecieron a cambiarnos la habitación.

WARNING. this hotel stole my money. They never gave me a room and they didn't refund me. They don't return the deposit. This hotel is fake. Is making money illegal. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE IS TERRIBLE. TEY TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE TRASH. TERRIBLE PEOPLE. THEY CAN have you all night waiting for your room. They tell u they will call you when the room is ready. They never call you. If you get mad and you ask for refund. THEY TELL YOU CALL EXPEDIA OR THE CAMPANY YOU USED FOR BOOKING. BUT THEY NEVER APROOVE THE REFUND. THAT'S NOT LEGAL. WE HAVE TO BRING THIS HOTEL TO COURT.
