"Very nice option for minimalist as room is small. Bed was very firm/not comfortable but that is the only complaint. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room and property were clean. Location is perfect for short walks to dining and central park"

"Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and quiet. (The hotel has quiet hours between 9 pm & 9 am.) The staff were friendly and very responsive, calling taxis for us as needed. A small guest refrigerator in the open kitchen was available. The small pool holds about 6 people and the patio is delightful. Very walkable to the historic Centro or the Paseo de Montejo area."

"We loved our stay here. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were upscale and comfortable. It had a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The service and staff were excellent. This was a great place to unwind, and we loved sitting on our porch, watching the wildlife (lots of agouti!). I would absolutely recommend this hotel!"

"Awesome location on a pretty beach with surreal sunrises and moonrises. The location is quiet and restful. Our room was very practical with a small fridge, drinking water, and A/C.The shower was tiny with dismal water pressure. Breakfast was perfect for us. It consisted of some sweet bread, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and coffee with a tropical breeze and a wonderful view. We enjoyed the beach and took advantage of the free use of a kayak. "This hotel is amazing. The uniqueness and character of the building make it worthwhile. The staff is also amazing. Daisy at the front desk made it even more special. The only issue is that the Wifi in the rooms didnt connect to the internet. The one in the restaurant did though."

"Pool and natural water oil could use some cleaning, especially the natural pool, too much algae to get in the steps, but can view some tropical fish. The included breakfast was good."
