"Excellent traditional English inn with lots of charm and character. The comfortable, warm room on a freezing January night was most welcome, as were the open log fires in the bar/restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating and the food was to a very good standard. The Timothy Taylor’s Landlord Bitter was an unexpected bonus !"

"This is the second time at this hotel. I grew up at Hayling Island and this visit was for a family funeral The wake was at the venue. On arrival the staff were super efficient and very friendly The room was toasty and well equipped. Housekeeping was spotless. Whoever we encountered nothing was aproblem. The late check was a bonsu for us. The wake was at the manor suite and Kerry and the team worked hard to make it run smoothly I would highly recommend this hotel "
